Prepare the Product
Ensure the wig remains in its original state: the lace must be uncut, the hair unwashed, and all original tags and packaging must be intact.
Ship the Item
Securely pack the item and send it back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please include your order number and authorization inside the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
